Amy is an animal lover from Texas and the founder of Spiral Diner and Bakery. The goal of her work is to show that animal products are not necessary in order to enjoy all the great flavors comfort food has to offer. Married to James Johnston since 2003, they happily live in Fort Worth with their three rescue bunnies and two cats.
