To celebrate the upcoming 10th annual Texas Veggie Fair and World Vegan Day, we are hosting a dinner at Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown on Friday, November 1, 2019!


Come meet some of our Texas Veggie Fair 2019 presenters and enjoy a delicious vegan meal made from recipes created by Chef Eddie Garza!

Friday, November 1, 2019 at 7 PM – 10 PM
$65 per person and includes the following:
  • Watermelon Mint Gazpacho Shooters

  • Mango-Shiitake Ceviche Tostada Bites

  • Roasted Chile Relleno with Root Vegetables

  • Avocado Chocolate Mousse with Vanilla Bean Whip

  • One alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage

Chef Eddie Garza is the Senior Food and Nutrition Manager for The Humane Society of the United States and a leading figure in the movement to reform food systems in Latin American communities. He has been a supporter of Texas Veggie Fair since the beginning, and we are so happy he will be part of our 10th annual event! Chef Garza will offer cooking demonstrations featuring his unique plant-based recipes in both English and Spanish again at TVF2019.
